variation of the dinner i made last night, except more complex: made corn starch, spice, and soy milk mixture and added a pound of nasoya firm tofu, crumbled and mashed up. sauteed large hot pepper and half a large onion, added a package of mushrooms, tofu. served over red quinoa with tofutti sour cream and fresh (store-bought) salsa. not as tasty due to the mushy tofu texture.
also snacked on some roasted eggplant hummus with brocolli and tortilla chips before starting on lunch.

bought some baked marinated tofu, cut it up into slivers combined is with some soy milk and corn starch. added taco seasoning, chili powder, some cumin, sauteed for a bit. added some sliced fresh chili pepper, cooking wine, and fresh lemon juice and sauteed some more. ate over rice with some taco sauce and tofutti sour cream. surprisingly tasty!
also made french fries in the oven, for some reason. salt, dill, pepper, and ketchup.
